WWC’s Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We are writing to provide an update on our responses in light of the current situation with respect to COVID-19. As you would expect, we are continuously monitoring the evolving situation and responding accordingly.

As always, we are focused on protecting your investments while caring for and protecting the health and safety of all members of our extended teams and residents.

Our proactive asset management team is continuing to closely monitor each of the assets and your investments. Our team is in close contact with all of our property management partners and have implemented heightened cleaning regimes as well as protocols to guide the handling of resident and prospective resident interactions – we are confident these protocols maintain excellence in customer service while caring for the health and safety of our residents and staff alike. We also have contingency plans in place in the event that the situation intensifies.

While our portfolio is not immune to market volatility or economic conditions, we feel it is positioned to perform well over the medium to long term. We have strong and experienced teams in place to continue to oversee your investments, and we are ready to provide updated responses as the situation evolves.
