Len is responsible for the oversight of all asset management functions while furthering the strategic and financial performance of the assets in our portfolio. He is also responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with our operating and ownership partners. Prior to this position, Len held the role of Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management and played a crucial role in the expansion of our portfolio in Texas and Georgia since he joined the firm in 2019.
Prior to his tenure at WWC, Len had more than 20 years of acquisitions and asset management experience, having held senior-level positions at Starwood Capital, KBS Realty Advisors, and Arcapita. Len also founded Pioneer Real Estate Advisors, an asset management and acquisition advisory firm, where he advised a variety of clients including a PERE top 50 fund, a high-net-worth family office and a variety of other investors. Over the course of Len’s career, he has negotiated the purchase and sale of more than $1.5B in assets and has managed more than $5.0B in assets across the entire U.S. Len has a BS in Accounting from Long Island University, CW Post campus in Brookville, NY
