Dave is an entrepreneurial executive who has been instrumental in wealth creation for thousands of participating investors in both Canada and the United States through the complete life cycle of projects spanning multiple sectors including multifamily, construction and development. In 2014, Dave co-founded Western Wealth Capital with Janet LePage, playing a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success for over a decade. As of 2025, he has transitioned from day-to-day responsibilities to focus on strategic advisory, while continuing as General Partner on many existing deals.
